Sima is Faculty at DePaul University and at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and serves on the Board of Directors for both the Business Marketing Association of Chicago and The Metropolitan Club of Chicago. She earned her BA in Communications from the University of Illinois in Champaign and her MBA in Management with distinction from DePaul University in Chicago.
